Important Information Before You Book
Our Policies & Booking Essentials
• For first time clients a 50% deposit is due at booking: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Hair length requirement: Your hair must be at least 3 inches long for us to provide our braiding services.
• Preparation for arrival: Please prepare your hair by washing, blow-drying, and detangling before your appointment - if we have to complete these steps there will be an extra fee (please ask).
• No knee or ankle length styles: We currently do not offer braiding services that extend to knee or ankle lengths.
• Rescheduling due to sickness: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health and safety of everyone.
• Please try to have a clear schedule for the duration of your appointment. We will not wait for you to run errands or to leave and come back.
•.Deposit is due at booking - no deposit, no appointment.
• First time clients are required to pay a 50% non- refundable deposit to secure their appointment; returning clients must pay a $45 non-refundable deposit.
• All sales are final: We stand by the quality of our work. If you have an issue with your style within 2 days of your appointment, we will gladly fix it. After 2 days, we cannot be responsible for any issues.
